The apartartments are old, but nice enough. The maintenance staff is superb - it really couldn't be better. The management is clueless and they don't care about individual residents. Often times they're not in the office during their hours. There is very little parking and if they decide not to give you a parking permit you'll have to park 3 blocks away or get booted on the street in front of your apartment. I don't recommend University Villa.
