Very poor. Recommend not signing a contract unless you plan:
-on living without maintenance
-to never see and seldom speak to landlord
-on hearing noise from every apartment around you
-on locking/securing everything you own
-to deal with unkempt carpet/cabinets/floors/ceilings/walls/
