My Husband, 2 kids & I have lived here for 2 years, and the only reason we're leaving is to go to grad school. We have loved living at Villa Rose! The bedrooms are huge! The maintenance crew responds within a reasonable amount of time. We had a problem with the faucet in the tub not shutting off and we called the manager & they came right away on a SATURDAY!!! Other non-emergencies are usually a few reasonable days. The manager is super nice & helpful & lives on site! She usually gets back to you the same day if you call & leave a message. Neighbors are nice all around! You have a choice between a nicer remodeled unit, which is what we have, or an older unit, which are... well, old:) But you can choose what works for you like I said. Still we love our apartment and wish we could stay!!!!
