Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
the apartments are dark and cold. the windows were old and the wind came through. you always can hear the sounds of the apartments around you. we never saw the landlord and they manager didn't want to give us his information. the manager seems to be friendly, but she isn't. she isn't helpful and she has cold heart. the laundry room is dirty.
