Must pay permit to park your car ($30) and no garantee to have a spot, especially on game nights. Anyone can park there without a permit on those nights (not inforced when you need it).
Management couldn't care less about tenants opinion, concerns and needs.
Maintenance is good, rent seems cheap but you won't get AC, not the right to install a window unit. No dishwasher allowed ... in short a lot a stupid rules.
Countless mistakes and it willl be up to you to battle the system to get them resolved.

A lot of these rules have been changed, parking permits are free, you need one to park at wymount 24/7, there are assigned parking spots for each apartment, window AC units and portable dishwashers are allowed.
