Pretty good but hot

I subleased there for three months right after i got married. The three months were June, July and August. If you live there get a ground floor. There is no A/C at all and you sometimes don't have a good enough window to put a window unit in. Sound is great. I never heard my neighboors and The mangement was promped on my maintence request. The pool and the hot tub was kind of far but it is worth it. The bus route is great also since Me and My husband only had one car. Overall it was a pretty good enviroment to live in. Very Transient though with it being by the college.
Rent was not that bad at all for a 1 bedroom
