Great for BYU students

Close to campus.

Nice apartments very reasonably priced.

assigned parking spots.

quiet.

maintainace very prompt.

VERY safe.

I wouldn't live anywhere else as a married BYU student.


No A/c but can easily install window AC's that work well.
