Requires a long time on the waiting list, but worth the wait. The apartments are economical and spacious, with plenty of extra storage (2nd and 3rd floors have more). Definitely need an air conditioner during July and August, you have to get the kind that goes in the window. Lots of safe room for kids to play, well landscaped, easy furniture rentals, very quiet, close to campus, and convenient. Parking is now assigned, to answer the concerns of some of the other posts.
