Wymount wasn't as nice as we thought it was going to be. We lived in the newer part, which I highly recommend if you are going to move here. There is no A.C. and no dishwasher. The bathroom have no storage room at all! (I believe a guy designed the bathrooms because there isn't even a drawer or an inch to put anything around the sink, unless you are prepared for it to fall into the sink). The upstairs neighbors were trying to "fill the rabbit den" and we could clearly hear this every day. So be prepared for that if you live downstairs. There are 4 spots to park a second car (and they are always filled). You will have to park on the street and hope that you don't live on the end. We had a leaky bathroom sink that took a while for maintenance to fix. The management didn't really seem interested in helping people all that much. We actually moved into a nice apartment though. It was very clean and had new stuff done to it. The family room is a nice size, but there is not much room in the kitchen. The neighbors are really freindly, and the ward has been fairly nice. If you are home during the day, I hope you don't mind kids screaming constantly outside. There is a lot of kids here. Many people are pregnant and have kids, and there are awesome playgrounds and stuff like that. It has been very convienient here to be able to go and buy a gallon of milk across the street at the creamery. I would recommend this place mostly to married BYU students with kids. For the most part, it's been a good experience here.
