Wymount supposedly has this "long waiting list" but somehow we got in right after we put our names on the list. My husband and i were out of state and so we did not know what they looked like. When we arrived we were extremely disappointed. They are a dump and totally not worth what you pay. There are plenty of other apartments in Provo with a good environment that are MUCH nicer for the same price.

I doubt someone who posted 3 years ago is going to respond, but check out Monaco, Moon and Union Square for comparable set-ups. I haven't lived in any, but I've been doing a lot of research and am local so I can see places. It looks to me like Wymount is actually a great deal, all lack of AC and Dishwasher aside. It's a hard thing to dedicate the equivalent of a part-time job to finding housing when you can just pick a specific opening at Wymount. I think we're headed there in the fall!
