This apartment complex is safe and beautiful, large apartments and very new and clean. However, in Legacy Springs recorded voice mail (which don't leave a message, they won't call back)they brag about having great customer service, I beg to differ!!! In the moving in process the accomadate your every need, but do not except the same service when moving out, they already have their money, and will not return it. They will not give you a reason other then "cleaning". I clean home professinally and was told my apartment was not clean enought, but could not give me a detailed reason why. They also kept my pro-rated rent they owed me, but found out they did owe after I called about 5 times with no response. Sorry guys, you must get better at your "Great customer service"!! Renters beware!!!!!

Take them to court. If the landlord has intentionally and flagrantly violated the law, in some states, a tenant may recover the entire deposit--sometimes even two or three times this amount--plus attorney fees and other damages. In your situation they never provided you with doucumentation for deducting from your deposit. landords have 30 days to return your deposit or 15 days after learning of your knew mailing adress.
