The apt is large and comfortable but the walls and floors are thin and you can hear everything. I can hear the neighbors tv and tell you what there watching. Conversations are muffled but yes you can hear them talking. The kitchen sink is very shallow about 10 dishes and its full, the toilets dont flush well you have to sit there and hold down the handle. But other than that large apt's 1000 square feet huge front room and large master bedroom for decent price.
