When I first moved in the management was terrible. A different management company took over and have been making improvements to the community for the last year. There pet policy is liberal compared to most, it's one of the few places I was able to find that allowed German Shepherds. Unfortunately they have a lot of lazy people that don't pick up after their pets.
It's quiet on the third floor and I rarely hear people play loud music. The office staff is very nice and helpful as well as the maintenance staff and they fix things right away. My rent also didn't sky rocket when I renewed my lease like most other complexes I've lived it.
