The gave back 11 dollars of our deposit when we left the place in immaculate condition.

Stay away from them.

I disagree with the snow and ice comment. I am a resident here as well and had to live in the harsh freezing weather conditons this year. I thought the staff at Orchard Cove did as best as they could considering all the snow and freezing tempetures. I saw them work non-stop, even on Sundays. I also would see the managemnet out there picking away at ice. Deal with it, all the parking lots were in that condition. Stop complaining be thankful someone is doing it.
