I have lived here for a little over 2 years. I can't believe how quiet and peaceful it is here! I used to hear scary things about this place, I guess there was a lot of stuff that happened before the new management took over. So at first, I was a little skeptical. But after moving in, I was taken back by how lovely it is here! The patios are great, I can barbecue and put patio furniture out there, have friends over and be able to go outside in my own little area. I've lived in a lot of apartments before, and this is definately the best experience I've ever had. I LOVE having one level- no UPSTAIRS neighbors!! THat alone is worth every penny. Plus they pay my cable, so I don't have to worry about a bill every month. The maintenance guys are great. They take care of the place like it's their own. I can see them walking outside, ask them to check my a/c or something and they'll just come in and do it. Other places I've lived I've had to call the office and wait. I really enjoy it here and I don't plan to move any time in the near future. As for safety, well we got the police station right across the street!
