Yikes - Yes, this is the ghetto. The other tenants are scary and sometimes annoying. My old neighbor would constantly set his smoke alarm off because he thought he could smoke inside of the apartment. I have lived here for almost a year and the indoor jacuzzi has yet to be fixed...sauna is old and yucky...don't be fooled by the "amenities."
