I currently live at Bridgeside. For example, you can't smoke on your patio and you can only have patio furniture on your patio. I was given a written notice for having a cooler on my patio. Then another notice for smoking on my own patio. This community also has a lot of gang activity. Two weeks ago the the DEA did a drug bust at the front of the apt complex. This place is pretty on the outside but once you live here... the community is not a safe place to live. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

You are living in a SMOKE-FREE community and complaining about not being allowed to smoke on your patio! That'd be like someone complaining because they got a notice for having a cat on their patio in a pet-free community. I'd recommend you not live somewhere that clearly states its a smoke-free community both on their website and when you call to inquire about the apartment, come on...duh!

Wow, you're an ass. It's obvious that whoever wrote the reply on 11/30 WORKS at Bridgeside. Thank you 8/9/08 for letting all of us know what it's really like there. I was about to call to see the place but I'm living there now!
