These apartments were the best we have ever lived in. Non-smoking is enforced here, the balconies are big and spacious. We had an excellent view of the salt lake valley. Maintance was very quick solving the problems the first time everytimee. Neighbors were extremely friendly and very helpful. Elevators were in excellent shape. Social rooms were top notch! Underground parking wwas awesome especially in the winter. The management team was super. This apartment was convienently located in downtown Salt Lake so you were just a stones throw from everything you needed. Me and my wife took walkes nearly daily around this beautiful town. The only reason I moved was because my employer offered me a job that I could not refuse outside of Utah. Enjoy these apartments and know thaat we are jealous of you! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

My residence in the Brigham was over 3 years. They usually responded the first day to repair dripping faucets, clogged drains, etc. They replace furnace filters, alarm batteries & wash windows on a regular basis. No matter how long one lives there, carpets will be replaced only when an apartment is vacated. No lease is longer than 6 months & rent is increased each time a lease is renewed. Long-term residence is discouraged by the management.
