RUN AWAY and Don't Look Back!

Lived here for One Year and 6 Months. Would NOT recomend anyone. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! Management is lazy & smoke in the office. The Buildings are falling apart, We live on the third floor and our roof leaks in several different places. I had to get a flea treatment because we had flea's (and we don't even own any pets) !! Also, the decks all need to be re painted and have not been for YEARS! ewww.. The hallways stink of smoke & other yucky smells, they are dirty, the apartments are ALL dirty. RUN DOWN!! Old appliances, MOLD IN THE WALLS FROM ALL OF THE LEAKS!!! I have seen soooo many people trying to brake into other's cars with hand made "jimmies". Make sure you have a car alarm if you live here!!!! Why are we moving becides all of this: THEY ARE UPING RENT TO "MARKET RATE". We were paying $650.00 for a 2 bedroom, they now charge : $710.00 OR MORE!!
This place is bad, ugly, run down, THEY LET "ANYONE" LIVE HERE!! No GYm, NO Playgrounds or Grass area's, Parking lot is .... ghetto!!
I'M MOVING OUT NEXT MONTH!! YAY!! (and i'm happy!!)
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!
