| Apartments are small, crampy, mold under the bathroom floors. Landlords started pulling the floors up last year because the mold was so bad. Not maintained. Landlord Joshua Thompson is high strung, writes up tenants for anything he can. Do NOT ... more | ||||||||||||

| for the broadmoor apartments. I'm not sure about 938, but 930 (right next door) is a controlled access, security camera guarded building with thick walls. | ||||||||||||

| pros close to trax close to downtown close to U of U new windows central air cons tight parking bums always going through dumpster front door was rotting away small cockroaches in drawers and cupboards can hear neighboors and road noise quite easily poorly insulated against cold weather (walls get quite cold) | ||||||||||||
