They boast about having a "professional management team that is excited to serve you" but it is anything but. I sent several emails to these "professionals" inquiring about unit availability and general questions not covered on their website, but nobody ever responded. They never answered the phone during business hours, and never once returned my calls despite leaving several messages. There was nothing pleasant about my experience with Caledonian.

The entire complex (1 building) is badly mice infested. Management plant poison in hidden places inside the apartments... the mice die and rot. The stench is unbearable especially in the summer. The wall air conditioner is sealed by maintenance when the tenant complains about the foul air being blown in (mice rot inside the air conditioner as well). Of course, the tenant suffocates in the 104 F summer heat. Extremely unhealthy and unpleasant living. The whole building should be demolished and re-built - or at least fumigated (of course, not with the tenants inside).
