The complex is located in a very nice area with plenty of shopping within walking distance. The floor plans are among the largest in the area for the price. However, there is a dark side to this complex. Our car was stolen once from the parking lot. That same night someone broke into a Camaro and stole the sound system. Six months later, the tires were stolen off of our car. A friend who stayed with us overnight had his car broken into. The management never cared and seemed offended by our complaint. They seem offended by service requests, too. Those requests are never looked into in a timely manner. Rules vary dependent upon whom they talk to. Many people have pets despite a no pet policy, and they claim that each and every one are service animals. We were told that smoking was allowed in the building, but a neighbor was told the opposite. Stay away from Cedar Breaks.
