This is a cheap place to live considering its downtown SLC and really close to the University. It's an old building and you will need lots of repairs. The maintenance person is really quick but because of how old the apartment is, you will see a lot of him. The Laundry room is downstairs and is really messy...nobody seems to clean it regularly. Other than that...it's all good if your not too picky.
