I have lived in the Chateau for 18 months now and I love it. I am currently attending the University of Utah and the commute is minimal. The location is wonderful; everything that I need is within two or three blocks from me. I staff is very nice however sometimes it takes a couple days to get something fixed. The current tenants are all very nice and understanding about birthday parties or other special occassions. They are also all very very well spaced and are a great buy! I have really enjoyed living in these apartments, and am looking forward to the next three years while I finish my schooling.
