this is the worst apartment building ever I hope any one planing to live here reads this and makes the right decision and finds somewhere else when i moved in everything was ok but when it was time to renew my lease my rent went from 665 almost seven hundred including utilities to 850 including utilities and now that i want to break my lease they told me it would be about 3000 dollars then another women from the office told me i would only need to make a payment of 1400 then after i paid the 1400 they called me and advised me i would still need to pay the other 2000 then when i decided i would keep my lease and asked them to return the rest of the 1400 they would not give me my money back they said they would most likely only be able to put it as a credit for next months rent but hello my next months rent is not due til end of June i have other bills to pay before then this issue has not yet been resolved the lady in the office name Adriana was very disrespectful and bad mannered she also denied me the # to a manager above her and not only that but they really do trick you they might offer you all this free stuff but if you break contract early which i believe you probably will you are charged 2000 dollars plus anything they gave you for free oh and another thing i hated was that all the neighbors kids run in the hall up and down all night and they also knock on your door then run off as you can see i am really upset i am stuck here and trust me i can go on and on about these horrible apts but i think this is more then enough good luck to anyone who decides on and one more thing i would like to add is that in the time i was here two people were shot and another was stabbed

I feel your pain. I live there too. We're victims of the complex's intent to trick people and provide bad service.
