Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
I lived here 3 years. Loved every minute of it. Hated getting kicked out of the hottub at closing but thems the breaks - rules are rules. Phone jacks are not the property of Cobble Creek, says so right in your phone contract. And by the way, it is very typical for all apartments to have only 1 year contracts, even for renewal. So the negative reviewer was either on crack or had never rented an apartment before. Anyways, repairs were always made upon request and the pool is very nice. Location is great too. Never had a problem.
