After reading the last review all I can say is GET OVER IT!!!
I have lived here since 2002 also and have never had any problems. Maybe if you would either register your car or not park in a fire lane it wouldn't get towed. And as far as the duck ---- maybe you should have chose a place without a beautiful pond and cute little duckies, that's a no brainer!
Honestly I think it's time to move on.
