At first glance, you'd think the ducks would be a nice touch to the place, but the ducks quack all night and the grounds crew only cleans once a day. Let's face it. When you have hundreds of ducks on the property, there's bound to be poop that needs to be cleaned more than once a day. Do yourself a favor and don't walk around the complex. It's smelly and dirty. They'd be doing themselves a big favor if they could figure out a way to get rid of the ducks. Beyond that, the staff for the most part was nice, but as soon as they found out we were moving, they pulled a 180 on us and began charging us fees for moving out and were extremely rude.
Oh yeah, and don't be fooled by the floor plans. Some bathrooms aren't actually full bathrooms. We found this out when we moved in and discovered that the master bathroom didn't have a shower in it... said it would in the floor plan.
