I think that most of the bad reviews have covered everything. Thankfully, we moved out about 2 months ago. From the very beginning it was a bad experience. The day we went to move in the apartment we were told was ours was not. We were told we were getting a apartment that faced towards the pond and we were paying extra to face inward. When we came to move in it was an apartment that faces towards Van Winkle. When we had a problem and talked to someone with the staff and they didn't follow through we would call the staff again and the person we had talked to was conveniently no longer working for them. This happened in two seperate situations.
Our mail box was broken into twice and the management said it wasn't there problem. I could go on and on with problems but I would need pages. Overall it was the most disappointing experince I have had. The management is good at making it sound like a great deal and then stab you in the back. All they want is your money and will go about any means doing it even if it is charging you $50 for a piece of plastic with your stall number on it that hangs in your car. Yes, they charged me $50 for a piece of plastic that was taken with my car that was totaled in a bad accident. If all these good reviews are true then I didn't see any of it. It makes me think that the staff is righting there own reviews. To anyone that has thought of moving into Cobble Creek Apts. I give you a word of caution. Please be aware of what you are getting into. Read between the lines because they will rape you any chance they get.
