I think that this is a great place to express your feelings positive or negative. I have been at Cobble Creek for 2 years and have loved living here. I think that the apartments are very well maintained and I also think that the maintenance guys are absolutely wonderful. They are always so nice to me when I see them during my morning walk. I love the office staff... I feel like they are compassionate people there to do a job. I think the office staff are really sweet girls and they always want to help you as much as they can. I think that the hot tub would be open more but I understand that it is hard to keep up a hot tub that hundreds of people use every week. I think that these reviews are written by honest people that are willing to show positivity instead of negativity. I think the office staff probably had there hands in a few but for the most part they are just telling the real story. I think that this is a wonderful place to live and I intend on being here forever.
