You that complain about things nobody can control except for the utility companies and the market need to get a hobby. The high costs have nothing to do with the a/c and/or heating units being 30 years old, it's because the major utility companies keep raising their costs. Huh...that's funny the utility companies are increasing cost along with gas prices, retail, interest rates, costs of homes etc. Why are you surprised your rent wouldn't fall into the category too'''' That is kind of a no brainer. it's just part of "cost of living". Look and see what's going on around you before you start complaining about something Cobble Creek is unable to control. I know the cost of a/c can get expensive but that's the break for central a/c and not swamp cooler. You are blaming the wrong people for your problems. It also amazes me that others are so quick to believe the negative and think it's the office staff that is writing the positive. Grow up!!!!! This is a great place to live
