When I got married last year, my husband and I moved into Cobble Creek. It is the first apartment I have ever had and I feel pretty lucky compaired to what my parents had when they got married. Whenever I had a problem, the maintenance people where there that same day to fix it (and they have never left my doors unlocked). The management did have to enter my apartment one time without my permission, but they let me know 2 days before, and all they did in my apartment was change my air filter in the heater and put new batteries in my smoke detectors. Seems to me like they care! The management is pretty good. They make mistakes sometimes, but its nothing to get all worked up about. Yes, my gas bill was a little high one month after gas prices went up, but that is because I like it HOT in my apartment, so do you know what I did'' I went to Target a bougt a space heater!! And it works like a champ! The next gas bill I got after buying the space heater cost me half than what I paid the month before. Improvise! Overcome! Adapt! The grounds are the best. So those of you who think that they signed their lives away, sounds to me like you're still alive a kickin'! What a bunch of Boobs! I have never herd so much bitching in my life. I have lived here for almost a year now and I can say that it has been a good experiance. Thank you Cobble Creek

Trust me, if you had the same issues in your place as I've had in mine and nothing is being done about them then you would be complaining about it too. They've left my doors unlocked and have had to do "mandatory walk-through's" of my apartment and my neighbors apartment more than a handful of times and they've left my door unlocked twice. Im not saying that this happens to every apartment there, but it happened to me so I put it in my review. Thats what these are for, who cares if it sounds like whining or not. I dislike this place because the staff has been completely unreliable. Thank GOD my lease is up in June...

The sad thing is that people only want to tell about their bad experiences. I'll bet anything that people have far more good experiences than bad, but only want to talk about the bad. So I thought I would be NICE and share my good feelings towards my home. You are right, this is a place to express your feelings. And I am allowed to express my good feelings, right?
