I am not a resident but I am currently looking for an apartment in/near Salt Lake City. I move a lot because of work so I see a lot of apartment reviews and something is wrong here. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. Not just of this complex but of other complexes in the area. Notice anything odd with this one' On average most of the ratings follow a yes or no trend usually do to management/staff changes with the occasional Yes/No rating opposite of the current trend. Notice how most of the ratings since 07/08/2004 are Yes, No, Yes, No and almost all the Yes ratings since 07/08/2004 have a 5 next to everything' How many places have you lived that you would give 5 stars in every category' While I will admit that some people will just hit 5 on everything just to make things easy, it is not normal. Check out a few other ratings on apartment complexes in other areas/cities and see how many all 5 ratings you see. Not to mention the fact that most of the Yes ratings are within a week of the No ratings.
I am leaving all my ratings at 3 because I don't know about any of these first hand but I will not recommend this complex because of the way management feels the need to misrepresent themselves and destroy something made to make the consumer aware of certain things that can't be seen at a glance. If management feels the need to badmouth those people who are voicing their opinion in order to notify others of certain problems with the complex then imagine how you, as a resident, will be treated when you have a complaint.
I am sick of management/staff misrepresenting themselves and misleading consumers on boards like these. Just goes to show you where their priorities are.
It wouldn't surprise me if their was a "review" in the next week or so calling me a whiner and that this is the greatest place in the world.
