I am a resident at Cobble Creek and would like to thank the management for putting up with some of those residents who have nothing better to do than complain. If you spend a little time in the office a few days after rent is due, you will know what I am talking about. Cobble Creek is the first apartment complex that I have lived in where management allows you to pay rent up to the fourth day of the month before charging late fees. It is only fair. Your bank, credit card company, and others do the same thing. I would expect the same treatment if I paid late. There is no point in complaining, you signed a lease, abide by it.

As for the complaints about the HVAC systems, they are old, the complex is old, but still better than others I have lived in. Think smart, use a space heater instead of turning up the heat an you too will save $50 a month on your utilities.
