I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love these apartments! This is my home and I love all of the people who work and live here. I have friends in a lot of buildings and I just feel at home here. Maintenance has always come to my door when I have ever needed them. If a light burns out I just call the girls in the office and they send a maintenance man over to help me. They are a pleasure to have in my home. I plan to live here for the rest of my life or until I can not take care of myself anymore. I have recently resigned my lease and I couldn't be any happier with the staff and my neighbors. I love my home!

Cobble Creek "Luxury" Apartments = Auschwitz/Birkenau concentration camp.
You pay $200/month electricity bill, but your temperature in the apartment is still 85-90. Management will never come to fix the A/C because for them as or you, it doesn't exist! Of course the management never scheduled a time to change the filter for the A/C and cooking hood which in other places is changed once at each 6 months. The windows are not insolating the temperature inside, so in winter is the same problem: high gas bill and you are still cold. Beside the rent, you will pay garbage pick-up and water. I'm sure you will pay water for damn ducks too. They sprinkle the "grass", but most of the water goes on the walkways, starting at 10PM when people are coming home nice dress or with little babies in their car seats, etc they all get wet, because the stupid management is to lazy to change the schedule from 12 PM or later to wet the grass. Before you sign any contract and move in, ask to SEE the different apartments like "CLASSIC" and "DELUXE" Do not accept to see the apartments from outside just the windows where the apartment is located because the management is not to be trusted at all. We will be considered a delinquent in no time, if you forgot to send the check (they don't have an automatic payment option because they no how much money they charge for any stupid rule broken). I never saw such a long contract ever for a rented apartment! Read it to see how many hidden fees and rules they have that will cost you later.
DO NOT believe the people that are writing here positive reviews because, lets be serious, which "happy" people that are living here will ever come to this websites to write good reviews? No one. Happy people don't care about what others are saying as long as they are happy. These reviews are written only by ANGRY people who didn't know in what they go to and THE STUPID MANAGEMENT (which is composed of 4-5 stupid girls, some of them probably the daughters of the owners).
If there are real people how wrote good reviews here, I have only one thing to say to them: you probably lived before and came from Auschwitz/Birkenau concentration camp. GET A LIFE, OPEN YOUR EYES AND LOOK AROUND! WE ARE LIVING IN THE 21st CENTURY. THIS COMPLEX IS A THIRD WORLD LEVEL! For the people how want to move in: at this price you can find a lot better apartments IN DOWNTOWN where the all the action of this city is!
