I have only several monts to live here and I am countingdown the days. I am terrified that if I miss one tiny day of the 60 days notice I will be stuck here forever! It was a nightmare! The management girls are terrible: from the lack of communication between them to the basic math, they all suck! Not that I care very much, but Ladies, the 80's are gone! Comb that hair down!
Read the bad reviews to get the true facts because the good ones are not acurate, probably writen by the hairy ladies that have nothing else to do! On that note: yes, you have such a lovely work place! Too bad we pay for it: ducks, water, grass, etc.
For the "satisfied" person that said that paying $200 for gas is understandable since the complex is 30 years old: you must be rich------, otherwise no one is OK with that especially if you don't get the AC for the $$$$.
Everything is old, dirty and crepy! Don't just watch the pictures online, come and see it for yourself. You'll be surprised how many things are different. And YES watering the SIDEWAYS at 10 pm is enoying, can get wet up to your but - all you need after a long day at work. Just ridiculous!
Oh, God! I would have so many things to say... Just read and run! You will find a nice downtown apartment at the same price and pay $20 electricity!

What is your problem?? Do you not read binding documents before you sign them?? And what is your problem with the office girls?? They are just doing thier jobs! It is not thier fault that you do not agree with what you signed to. Of course utility bills are high, the utility companies keep raising thier rates!! That is not Cobble Creeks fault!! Take it up with Utah Power and Questar!! And don't tell me about paying for water. I think we can all spare $10 a month. Other places it charge more than twice that much! The only thing ridiculous about Cobble Creek are the mean residents that have nothing better to do than cry and moan about something that they read and signed to. Leave, so the happy residents can live in peace. And don't let the gate hit you on your way out......
