Ohhhh, please! Management's bored secretaries should stop posting a good review after each bad one! Have the decency to accept the negatives. Its ridiculous that the gas prices are sooo high! You are hiding behind that contract with the lame excuse that the complex is old. Its not our fault that the owners are to cheap to invest in a new AC system! $150-200 is a lot of money!
Happy to move out soon!

Over here on the west side of salt lake, i just got my power bill and its only 43 bucks and i was puting my thermostat stat to cycle at 70 degrees during the hottest time of the day. youd think that this place would invest in quiet air conditioner and heating units with an energy effeciecy rating of 10.0 or better to keep the tenants from leaving. But from the looks of things they'd rather stiff thier tenants with high late fees and other costs to account for the dismal high vacancy turnover percentage. If they cant afford to replace these units, mabe they should look at a solar PV system to absorb some of this high power cost to tenants. Or mabe what it will take is for this company to get sued for wrongful death after someone dies from heat related illness.

I just want to know Mudslinger, why are you so interested in Cobble Creek? If you are not a resident here, whats it to you? If you were a past resident, let it go, move on with your life. You might actually be happy.
