Reading these comments makes me wonder if these complainers will be happy anywhere they live. Some people are born to complain. Probably the same people who threaten to sue over every little thing and yell at waitresses for innocent mistakes. I want to see your degree "mudslinger". Solar panels must be the answer to everything. They can install them and rape you with the cost. Then we can move on to hydrogen fuel cells. Get real. By the way what does your hair look like' Since that seems to be important here. I bet there are plenty of people that can find things wrong with your style. By the way complainers, I set my thermostat on 70 and my power bill was only $40 for July. My biggest gas bill last summer was about the same. You should expect larger utilities based on floor, location, etc. If you have problems with old stuff, don't move into old buildings. There are plenty of new apartment complexes out there, most of them in the ghetto. Have fun living in your new small-ass apartments with you smaller bills. Instead of your personal attacks on the office girls, come pick on me, I will show you how stupid your ideas are. By the way complainers, did you read your lease before you sign it next time.
I would like to thank the office staff for putting up with the kind of crap that they do from those few residents that complain. Keep in mind that there are 300 units here and you have read only a few people's complaints. The majority of the people here don't have a complaint.

Amen to you brother! I agree. Cobble Creek is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. Yes, its older, but where else do you get such awsome landscape. Most of the residents here are very nice as well. Great people to get to know. I enjoy life here.
