To be brief:

Apartment was extremely filthy upon move-in

Very old and poorly designed 1BDRM floor plan with extensive interior/exterior cosmetic damage

Some amenities are broken (no rush to fix or offer some kind of compensation)

Bird droppings cover sidewalks

Based on the above and several other factors, these apartments are way overpriced. Unfortunately, it was difficult to discern that when first viewing the landscaping which is somewhat appealing.

I am not one to complain or condemn, but I also believe in fairness and getting what one pays for. I don't believe that is the case here. I am glad this is temporary.
