So its really sad when people who have there own problems and have nothing better to do with their time then to sit on this website and write complaints about cobble creek or any other apartment community!!! I think its pathetic people! just get over it cause its not their fault you pay your rent late, ITS YOURS!! or maybe nothing is good enough and trust me, you cant please everyone! But I live here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! My apartment has never had a problem (AC, water heater, etc..) NOTHING! and if there were a problem then the office girls do their best to get that request fullfilled! I think the property manager does her best! she is great and has to deal with almost 400 people...cut those girls some slack! They have always been super to me! I would recommend cobble creek to everyone! :)
