I have been in this ****hole for 7 mnths and have always been early with my rent. I lost track this mnth and tried to drop off the payment after hours but of course they have no drop box and I left too early the next day. So I get home to a legal notice posted on my door threatenting to evict within three days if I did not immediately pay my rent plus an additional $65 because I was a day late.

Believe me this place is not worth putting up with that kind of disrespect and bull****!

I agree with the absurd high late fee's that run down place charges. Most other apartments fee's... (including the one I currently live at now "Stoneridge apartments") if you happen to be late on rent... which sometimes happens for whatever reason you usually get charged around $25 and $5 each additional day. Cobble charges $50 and $15 for each day.. for what exactly? No one really knows seeing the only thing you ever see done around there is the lawn get mowed. I wouldn't be surprised if they still have the window with the small bullet hole through it at one of there laundry facilities. Month to month fee's for Cobble are $150 a month on top of your "new money saving" monthly rent charge they always add at the end of your lease. My current apartments charge only $25 on top of my normal rent for a month to month lease. Cobble creek is a complete rip off. Oh and I have a washer and Dryer in my place BRAND NEW and I pay only $600 for a top floor 1 bedroom 790sq. ft spot, cable included. Lets see the Cobble Staff laugh at that negative review.
