I loved this place from the beginning and wished I never moved out. The ducks and geese are certainly a part of the charm of this place.

One, you are probably on staff and dont actually live here. Two, if you possibly do, are you high?

A very ticked off renter, who will never recommend living here. Oh by the way, they require a 60 day notice, not a 30 day to move out, which really screw's up a lot of things. So if you plan to move out early, plan on telling them 3 months in advance. They're making us pay close to 2100! And who now days has that kind of money?!

I lived there for a year, am not part of the staff, so I still stand by my original comment. And yes, I had to deal with the 60 days notice, but that gave me plenty of time to find another place to live, pack up and move my things out at a graceful and convenient pace.

The office staff make this place miserable...and guess what I honestly don't think they care. The ducks and landscaping...yeah that was nice but I can tell you that is all that is nice. The gated community...it will not provide you with any additional security anyone can get into this complex at night all they have to do is wait for someone to go in and follow them in it stays open for SEVERAL minuted after you go in. Office staff is horrible, noise and apartments are terrible. People please listen this is an honest review... Don't rent here.

Stuff happen in an apartment complex. The gate is not there for "security" reasons but how are all your problems the office staffs fault. i would recommend looking into the mirror to find the correct source of your problems. people please listen to this honest review RENT HERE. It's a great place.
