If you want to be belitted and not respected as a renter, move here. If you believe that you deserve respect and courtesy DO NOT RENT HERE. The office staff are incredible rude and unhelpful. The only time they will be nice is when you sign that contract (means a BONUS for them. Look closely at the apartment they show you, it may look nice, but it isn't what you will actually be getting. Our place was disgustingly grose. We were told they were going to freshly paint the place...lol...yeah that means going over a few spots for them. The light fixtures were soooo dirt and the blinds. There's only a few light in the house so you will be supplying your own lighting. The carpets have hardly any padding under-neath them you feel like your walking on concrete. There's to write about why you shouldn't rent here this is only a smudge of it. And the ducks...yeah they are cute but with your paper thin walls you will not be getting any sleep. You will here your neighbors every foot step and move. My hardest deal was how rude and unprofessional the staff at this place are...they don't give a flying *#^@! about you, all they want is there rent money...and if your a 3 days late they want $50 more and write an eviction notice. This is not a lie. Our neighbors hate this place and also have many of the same concerns.. Bottom line is DON'T RENT FROM THESE UNPROFFESSIONAL IGNORANT MONEY GRUBBERS! And yeah they have a laundry facility but it takes 3 washers and $20 to do 1 load! Don't get suckered in people.

I can't agree more. My husband and i went to take a tour of the place, thinking to rent there- the people were unbelievably rude till they found out we were prospective renters, then they perked up considerably. They showed us a beautiful apartment and made everything seem wonderful. As we walked out one of the neighbors offered to show us what the REAL apartments look like- wow is all i can say. Dark, cramped, paper thin- i could hear the neighbors washing dishes like i was standing next to them. Thank you to all these reviews, you saved my husband and i from making a GIANT mistake, and thank you especially to the poor renter that showed us their apartment and helped us see through the management's sham.

It is unfortunate that the office staff is labeled rude, unprofessional money grubbers. I'm guessing this angry resident probably did not get their way with something and instead of blaming themselves for their actions or behavior they blame the staff. Rules are in place for a reason and it is not their fault if it's not conducive to your situation. I was in the office one day and over heard a resident yelling at the ladies up from because he had lose his job and needed to move. Well the ladies were informing him of his obligations stated in the lease and from what I was getting he was expecting them to just let him out of his lease because he lost his job. Sorry Pal.... you still have obligations because of the lease you agreed to. An apartment complex is not different that a bank/auto loan, credit card, or mortgage company. During my stay here I have ran into situations, I've been late on my rent and yes the late fee is pretty steep but it was my fault I was late not the staffs. There are rules to follow just like any other job. I feel bad for the crap the staff receives because they are doing their job. As for the unprofessional, rude and money grubbing comments, well I'm sure it doesn't go into their pockets and remember they are a business and last I checked that's what a business does. make money. I love my apartment here. I have never hear my neighbors like the complainer describes above and i've lived here for almost 3 years. I would totally recommend anyone to live here and I have. Sorry for the abuse you ladies in the office have to suffer from other's that think everything should be modified to fit their situation. Shane D.

We are truly sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience at Cobble Creek. The staff is very friendly and professional. We understand the wildlife can be a challenge but for the most part they are an asset to the community. If you truely showed your apartment to a prospective resident, we cant be held responsible for the condition of a the apartment you were shown while it's currently being occupied. We take pride on our apartments and the product we offer residents. I wished the resident would have voiced their opinion regarding their frustration back when they move in and not 3 months later. We are always willing to look at a few options on improving an apartment for the resident if they are not happy. This is the first we've heard through this website. We invite you back to the community to view a couple vacant units that are ready to move into immediately. Sincerely, Cobble Creek Staff
