Don't trust their fake generosity. They will continue to raise the rent unless you threaten to move out. The price is far to high for the 1970's interior, and whent you do move out the will charge you for everything. I do not recommend this plae at all. Actually I recommend staying as far away as possible.

We are truly sorry you feel as if all we do is raise the rent. . We were given lowered rates by our headquarters that we were able to pass on to our current residents. We contacted all residents that were on notice and any one that had or hadn??????t renewed yet. We take extreme pride in our residents and the community. The interiors have been updated with two-toned paint, crown molding, paneled doors, plush carpet, window treatments etc... We charge move out charges according to the lease and according to the condition you leave your apartment. We are upfront with the costs that you will incur if you damage the apartment or do not clean.
