I love Cobble Creek. It is a beautiful community and I have never had a problem I think their staff is GREAT! I really like it here I do wish that they would get ride of the geese. I think it's so funny when people complain I mean seriously get over it you know that you are the ones who are in the wrong and you just have to blame someone else! Beautiful community! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I especially like the snide comment- "I think it's so funny when people complain I mean seriously get over it you know that you are the ones who are in the wrong and you just have to blame someone else!" - really makes me want to rent when all i hear it 'ya this place is great, and anyone that complains just sucks!' No specifics on why this place is 'so incredibly awesomely amazing', just a cute little cheer and a stab at every person that's had a problem with this place; very mature. Personally i lived in this place for one year- i had problems with every appliance they had stocked in the apartment, unending problems with my bathtub backing up with all my upstairs neighbors used water, problems with mold because the sprinklers were aiming straight at my porch/windows/walls instead of at the grass, and problems with my neighbors above me vacuuming at 3am to which management would never so much as leave them a note asking them to keep the noise ordinance, which says no unduly noise past 10pm. So, next time you feel like writing a note on how wonderful Cobble Creek supposedly is, please spend the extra couple seconds to explain WHY you believe this, instead of being a random cheerleader that gives absolutely no insight, because it just makes the staff look like they're trying to boost their percentage on this website.
