I'm on my second month of living in the apartments and the first day I moved in I asked a neighbor who was moving out what the worst thing about the apartments was. He said the walls were paper thin and you could hear a lot of movement from your roommate/neighbors. After two months of living here he was right. I'm on the second story and the neighbors above me have small children so I can hear footsteps and all sorts of sound.

Also there is an annoying useless gate at the front and the roads have huge speed bumps everywhere. Parking is usually plentiful at my apartment.

I'm a 21 year old university student and the 24/7 walmart within short walking distance is a life saver. Also there is a mad greek, 7-11, and 24/7 smith's within a couple blocks.

If you don't have a washer and dryer like me then you have to walk all the way to the laundry facility located in the back of the office which is gonna suck in the winter ($3 per load).

Driving to my job on 4th south taking 700 east only takes about 10 minutes.

All in all a decent apartment
