i fell in love with the landscaping of cottonwood apts, love the greenery and how well they keep it up,the staff is outstanding all of the managers have something different but special to offer savannah gives you a feeling of comfort always making you feel welcome,victoria greets you with a smile everyday that you walk in the office with her pleasent spirit,bright eyes bubbly becca is always ready to see what she can do to help you,maintenance is on the job i've have never had to wait more than a 24hr day from the time of reporting a repair (which is not offten)cottonwood apts are very well kept inside and out i could live here forever my 2bedroom 2bath has a great floor plan my bathroom is in my bedroom and my sons bathroom is in their bdrm it's the perfect plan for our needs,i can save gas and shop at wal-mart which is convinently next door.i can't forget how peaceful is is to live here.
