| Great location and nice layouts. Building/grounds have a certain charm. Slightly overpriced for what it is ~ much better deals elsewhere in the avenues. Not very quiet. No recycling. Tiny mailboxes. Sloped floors. Management a bit snooty & unorganized. | ||||||||||||
