Never Had a problem With the 2 Apartments I have lived in.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have lived in 2 seperate Apartments in the 3 yrs I have been in this Complex. Both were Clean when I moved into them and Everytime a maintenance Emergency has arised the Maintenance team was on top of it. The New Manager has made this complex More Family-Friendly by adding a playground and has made it more secure by adding gates. In 2004 a month after I moved in, My Car did get stolen, But They had a crappy security company patrolling back then. I like the security that patrols here now because the guards actually work. The Complex is located close to my work and the daycare My kids go to.
