The location is great. You can walk to the library, a couple of banks, stores, and numerous places to eat. Noise is a problem. If you rent here be sure to get an apartment that is on the outside of the building (not facing the courtyard). People are at the hot tub at practically all hours and don't respect that fact that other people are trying to sleep. The management does contract with a local security firm (which I called about twenty times in the summer). There have been parties at the pool up until 2 or 3 in the morning sometimes. You can also hear the neighbors above, below and to the sides of you.
